In Launcher

Accounts

Microsoft sign-in, offline accounts, switching and skins.

Updated

The launcher handles several accounts at once and one-click switching.

Microsoft (play online)

Sign-in runs through your system browser (OAuth auth-code + PKCE + loopback) — secure, no password typed into the launcher. It covers the Xbox → Minecraft chain, so you play online on official servers.

The token is stored safely and refreshes itself; no repeated logins.

Offline account

Want to play without Microsoft? Create a local profile — single-player or servers that allow offline accounts, no sign-in.

Multiple accounts

  • Switch between accounts; one is always active.
  • The head and skin render from your real Minecraft texture.
  • The account library keeps them all in one place.

In progress

  • STYGION ID — membership, roles and billing tied to the account (Phase 5).
  • Friends list — friends' online status via STYGION ID.
  • Per-instance account — a different account per instance with quick switch.
